Built a medical chatbot using RAG, LangChain, and LLMs to answer health-related queries from trusted medical documents. The system retrieves relevant information from a vector database, passes it as context to the LLM, and generates source-grounded responses. Implemented document loading, text chunking, embeddings, semantic search, prompt design, and response generation with a focus on accuracy, safety, and reducing hallucinations.
