A general-purpose RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) assistant. It's an internal chatbot migrated onto Open WebUI with a custom Python/FastAPI chat-engine that answers strictly from loaded knowledge bases under a hard cite-or-refuse grounding rule (no hallucinated world-knowledge). It does hybrid retrieval (OpenAI + CLIP embeddings over Weaviate, Cohere reranking), supports multimodal text+image RAG plus Gemini-grounded image generation, and is bilingual (Vietnamese/English) with multi-KB and cross-turn context handling.
