While others build dashboards, analytics tools, or generic AI products, RIO is a real-time revenue execution engine with one obsession: Revenue Lift. Or Else. We're not chasing AI for the sake of AI. We're building a reliable, enterprise-grade platform designed from the ground up to solve the execution and revenue pain points we've spent 18 months living alongside our customers. Enterprises don't want 200 disconnected AI tools. They want one scalable system that understands their business reality, adapts to local market dynamics, and drives measurable revenue outcomes—securely and at scale across 50+ countries. We don't just show data. RIO detects revenue risks, surfaces immediate opportunities, and guides field reps, marketers, and sales leaders toward the next best revenue-driving action across every touchpoint, every day. The difference isn't just AI—it's intelligent, outcome-driven execution at scale, powered by AI where it matters most. Where others add complexity, RIO cuts through the noise to solve the persistent business problem: How do you systematically unlock revenue growth across field sales, digital channels, and marketing campaigns? We embed AI strategically within a larger, customer-informed, outcome-driven stack designed for global scalability and local adaptability. Technology will evolve, but the core challenge of Revenue Lift remains constant—and RIO is purpose-built to solve it.
- "We can't see what's happening in the field until it's too late" - Revenue risk detection
- "Our reps don't know what actions drive the most revenue" - AI-powered next-best-actions
- "We're losing share but don't know where or why" - Competitive intelligence and response
- "Marketing campaigns don't connect to store-level results" - Attribution and activation loops
- "Territory performance is inconsistent and unpredictable" - Systematic optimization
- Why They Choose RIO: Companies that view field execution as a competitive advantage, not just a cost center.

- Our sweet spot is large, field-heavy enterprises with distributed commercial operations across Vietnam and Southeast Asia—organizations where revenue performance depends on thousands of daily field interactions and execution quality across retail, service, and channel networks.
- 1. Primary Verticals (Current Focus):
- FMCG / CPG Companies
- (Examples: Coca-Cola, Unilever, P&G, Kimberly-Clark, Masan, THP, Vinamilk, Indofood CBP, San Miguel, CP, F&N, Monde Nissin, Nestlé, L’Oréal)
- Common challenges: multi-tier distributor networks, fragmented retail presence, and high-frequency field execution needs
- Retail Chains
- (Examples: Pharmacity, Watsons, Miniso, Uniqlo, AEON)
- Key pain points: inventory execution, promotional compliance, and outlet-level performance visibility
- Telecommunications Providers
- (Primarily Vietnam-based groups: Mobifone, Viettel, VinaPhone)
- Focus: territory-based customer acquisition and retention
- Note: Current focus limited to Vietnam operators due to initial data scope
- Financial Services (Retail Banking & Insurance Networks)
- (Targeting mid-sized, digitally-forward institutions such as MB Bank, ACB, Techcombank)
- Key needs: branch sales enablement, product adoption tracking, and regional sales leadership visibility
- Note: Focused on institutions with openness to AI field sales support and digital transformation
- 2. Expansion Verticals (Later Stages):
- Education
- (International university networks and distributed training centers, e.g., RMIT—already a client in our marketing services business)
- Service-Based Enterprises
- (Logistics, healthcare services, and professional field-based B2B organizations)
- Ideal Customer Characteristics:
- Large, distributed teams driving revenue or adoption across multiple touchpoints—whether physical (retail outlets, branches) or organizational (campus teams, field marketing, service sales teams)
- 1,000+ field-facing personnel or distributed commercial execution roles (sales reps, merchandisers, service agents, enrollment teams, field marketers)
- 500+ customer interaction points (retail outlets, branches, campuses, or distributed service locations)
- Complex go-to-market ecosystems—with multi-layered channels, distributor/partner networks, or geographically dispersed teams
- High execution complexity: Involving promotions, campaigns, compliance, partner coordination, or customer recruitment funnels
- Revenue or adoption volatility linked to execution gaps, market shifts, or audience behavioral changes
- A need for real-time revenue risk detection, next-best-action recommendations, and leadership-level performance visibility

- Through our marketing and technology services business (not the RIO product), we’ve worked with a diverse mix of startups and enterprise organizations across Vietnam, including: - RMIT Vietnam – Education sector (International student recruitment and lead generation projects) - NetNam – Telecommunications (Inbound marketing for enterprise services) - Rework.com (a product of True Platform) – SaaS (Full go-to-market strategy and execution for regional expansion) - Omni HR – SaaS (Built initial GTM traction, contributing to their successful $7.4M VC funding round) - Filum.ai – AI/Tech Startup (Developed branding and early GTM traction, supporting their $1M VC fundraising milestone) - Decision Lab – Consumer research and insights (Branding and thought leadership strategy) - Kimberly-Clark Vietnam – FMCG (Third-party vendor for sales data strategy planning, sales field and e-commerce dashboard optimization)
Our mission is clear: to build an AI platform that transforms commercial signals into revenue action. Rather than rushing into product development, we chose a strategic dual-track approach to minimize risk and maximize market fit. - Track 1: Market Validation Through Services (Foundation Complete) Over the past 18 months, we’ve engaged with nearly 80 Vietnamese startups and enterprises, closing 20 deals worth almost $100K in revenue through our marketing and technology services business. This wasn’t just about revenue, it was our deliberate market research. We’ve gained deep insights into customer decision-making, refined our sales methodology, and built trusted relationships across Tech, SaaS, FMCG, and Education sectors. Most importantly, this work helped us pinpoint the exact execution gaps and commercial pain points that RIO is designed to solve. - Track 2: RIO AI Product Development (Active Planning & Design Phase) With that foundation in place, we’re now fully focused on developing RIO as our core AI product. >>> System Architecture Finalized: We’ve completed the design for RIO’s four-layer architecture, covering Insights, Strategy, Revenue Activation, and Sales Infrastructure. >>> UI/UX Product Mockups (Final Stages): We’re in the final phase of completing a full UI/UX prototype, mapping user journeys for field reps, sales leaders, and marketing teams. This will serve as a concrete reference for product development and stakeholder feedback. >>> AI Technology Research Underway: We’re actively researching and evaluating the AI tech stack, exploring options across machine learning frameworks, LLM providers (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI Service), and computer vision tools (YOLO, Google Vision API). Our focus right now is ensuring technical feasibility and planning for scalable deployment post-MVP. >>> Data Partnerships (In Negotiation): We’re in active negotiations with Consensys.world and YouNet Group to secure access to commercial intelligence and behavioral datasets essential for AI training. >>> Enterprise Pipeline Development (In Progress): We’re currently in early-stage conversations with prospective pilot customers, including AhaMove, while building a broader pipeline targeting FMCG, Telecom, and Education sectors for post-MVP engagement.
