We have been developing a chatbot/virtual assistant to disrupt the current cash-burning food delivery model as well as enhance operational efficiency. The chatbot, of which the Large Language Models & GPT-4 are employed, shall be adaptively integrated to the Facebook messenger of each local restaurant. While the integration process only takes 1 day, the food-ordering journey shall be facilitated entirely by the chatbot: from dish recommendation, collecting user’s delivery address and phone number to assigning drivers. Simultaneously, the merchant receives the notification of incoming orders via AhaMerchant web portal and they prepare the dishes. The driver shortly arrives for food delivery to the user and the order is fulfilled within less than 15 minutes.
