Về sự kiện

⚠️ Registering for Briefing Day does not submit an application.

Briefing Day is a live Q&A session. Your application to the Nestlé Vietnam AI Reinvention is a separate step, on the official programme page:

Apply on BeyondPilot →

Applications close 22 November, 23:59 ICT. Only submitted applications are screened.

The brief tells you what. The people behind it tell you why.

Nestlé Vietnam's teams chose their AI challenges before inviting a single provider. Every challenge has an AI Champion on the Nestlé side, someone who works with it every day.

On 11 November, those challenge owners and AI Champions take providers' questions, live. You ask. They answer.

🎙️ What you'll walk away with

  • Which of Nestlé's six big use cases fits what you've already built, explained by the teams who own them
  • The data and systems questions a written brief can't answer, put to the people who know
  • What "good" looks like to the teams who will judge it
  • What a pilot in Vietnam would involve: the systems, the people, what you'd need to bring
  • A sharper application: you'll know what to tighten before 22 November

🧭 How it runs

60 minutes on Zoom. Nestlé Vietnam's teams introduce the use cases, then open the floor for your clarification questions. Send your question when you register: it helps the right use-case owner prepare.

Can't make it live? Every registrant receives our post-Briefing Day note.

🚀 About the Nestlé Vietnam AI Reinvention

Nestlé Vietnam's teams have spent the past weeks deciding where AI can make the biggest difference to how they work. Six big use cases lead the list. The details are still being finalised, and the full update goes live on BeyondPilot on 7 November. Here's how they look today:

1 · Marketing & communications compliance radar Ads, artwork, labels and marketing plans pass through several review rounds with regulatory, legal and packaging teams. The opportunity: AI that checks materials early, before and after publication, against laws, internal rules, approved claims and brand guidelines, flags each risk with a link to the source rule, and suggests better wording. Legal and Regulatory keep the final call.

2 · HR agent for talent and time AI that finds and matches internal and external candidates, suggests personal development steps, and gives employees and managers a simple view of overtime and leave, with early alerts before limits are reached. Success means roles filled faster and working time kept within limits.

3 · AI-powered brand content & creative studio The whole creative funnel in one place: AI that drafts agency-ready briefs from meetings and emails, turns live social trends into Vietnamese copy options, adapts approved key visuals into point-of-sale and eCommerce formats, scores ideas against award-winning campaigns, and tracks media and KOL performance. People choose the final work.

4 · Insight intelligence hub One place to ask about consumers, shoppers, categories and competitors. Every focus group searchable and reusable, smart follow-up questions inside surveys, insights pulled together across studies into recommendations, faster concept tests, and virtual shoppers that test thousands of pack, price and shelf options.

5 · Trade spend investment forecast An activity-based forecast that helps Sales, Finance and Supply Chain plan and steer trade spend, so no channel runs out of budget mid-year. AI builds the forecast from the data, runs what-if scenarios, explains the main drivers and links each investment to results.

6 · AI process control for coffee & utilities In coffee production, AI that predicts steam demand, controls the extraction cycle for the best yield, adjusts drying for different coffee inputs and tunes process settings automatically, always within approved limits. Success means consistent cycles and higher yield, without manual adjustment.

The programme also stays open across its five challenge areas (document processing & trade compliance, marketing intelligence & planning, sales analytics & forecasting, smart manufacturing & AI automation, and legal, regulatory & employee support) plus Something more, for teams who see another opportunity.

What it takes: a working prototype, pilot or product, and the ability to support a pilot in Vietnam. You don't need to be based in Vietnam. You keep your IP. Applying takes about 10 minutes.

What happens next: pre-screened applicants receive detailed briefings, shortlisted providers present to Nestlé teams at Matching Day, and each match gets a 30-day action plan with a named owner.

👥 Who should attend

Solo builders, student teams, startups, scale-ups, software vendors, integrators and established providers with a working AI solution. Applied already? Bring your question. Not yet? This is the best hour to decide.
