Our product provides overlay guidance directly within the user's browser, eliminating the need to switch between tabs or windows. With the use of predictive analytics, our product is contextually aware of the potential sequence of steps (or workflows) a user is attempting to complete. It dynamically predicts the set of steps based on what the user is likely trying to accomplish at that moment. From which, it recommends relevant workflows through our Chrome extension. This is achieved using Large Action Models trained on user metadata, such as department, time of day, and the frequency of use of specific sequences of steps.
