Dr. Chin-Chang Chen, CEO, holds dual degrees in Engineering and Dentistry. Through his clinical practice, he identified numerous challenges and merged his expertise in engineering and dentistry. He recruited the exceptional engineers and dental professionals to co-found a comprehensive dental industry ecosystem. Dr. Chen established an online community in 2015, laying the groundwork for a dental information platform. In 2016, this initiative was formally registered as dentall Co. Ltd.. He spearheaded the digital transformation of procurement and educational training and in 2018, established a research and development team that independently developed cloud-based dental practice management system (dentallHiS) and AI-assisted diagnostic software.
