6Σ Research aims to be a solutions provider for Professional Asset Investments. The expected GenAI output is a complete Asset Research Valuation Report (with logical financial assumptions) with Clear Entry & Exit Strategies. WHY? Investment Banking/Stockbroking industry has witnessed a structural decrease in deep dive research (& hence valuation) and replaced with market commentaries and Juniorization of Research in investment banking resulting in proliferation of quarterly results comments. All of which boast of little or absence of asset valuation. This is driven by 2 structural factors: (a) regulatory changes (MiFid) affecting global Investment Research industry post 2007 Financial Crisis, (b) proliferation of exchange traded funds (ETFs) which reduces asset trading commissions across the board. GAP IN BUSINESS RESERACH VALUATION. Current "Junior-ization of Research Analysts" suggests current valuation market gap will persist. 6Σ hopes to train GenAI to be a Digital Twin Asset Valuer, using Human Generated Research / Valuation reports as feedback training data. As most input data are sourced from internet, we can focus on training AI generated output whereby its report may be significantly different due to different interpretation of data, macro factors, stage of business life cycle, regulatory changes, etc. Expected impact: Improved Asset Research & Valuation (more institutional level coverage across larger spectrum of assets), significant cost efficiencies (for FIs), ability to synthesize real-time updates & impact on Entry/Exit Strategies.
