Problem statement

Weekly pulse: what competitors changed, what it means for N&H (Nutrition & Health) and what to watch or do. Today: • Competitive information is scattered across different sources, while teams must continuously monitor: new product launches, claims and communication, pricing, promotions, campaigns/media activities. The real challenge is not collecting information but turning large volumes of signals into actionable implications.

Expected outcomes and success metrics

• Turns scattered signals into a weekly, action-oriented view so teams respond earlier to competitor moves. • An AI Competitor Radar that continuously structures competitor signals and generates a concise recurring update: “What changed this week & what does it mean for N&H?” • AI collects and structures signals, summarises what changed and proposes implications; teams validate and decide actions. • The team sees it can scale to the whole company, not only N&H.

Target users and impacted teams

• Marketing, Sales, Finance, management • Other BUs (Business Units)

Data availability and readiness

• Competitor launches, claims & communication, pricing, promotions, campaigns/media activities from multiple sources Note: Synthetic data could be potentially provided during the process, upon approval of the Nestlé team and in compliance with data law.

Integration, deployment and infrastructure

• To be determined Note: Nestlé's current environment includes Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Copilot. Solutions that can work with this environment are welcome, and final integration and deployment requirements will be confirmed with the Nestlé team.
