Problem statement
- Organizations that want to run hackathons, startup challenges, innovation programs, accelerators, build weeks, grant programs, and community events must currently coordinate across dozens of disconnected tools and service providers.
- A typical organizer needs to manually create proposals and sponsorship decks, build registration and landing pages, design marketing materials, manage participant outreach, source judges, mentors, and speakers, coordinate sponsorship outreach, set up submission and evaluation systems, track applications and participant engagement, and produce reports and outcomes for stakeholders.
- As a result, event launch cycles take weeks instead of days, significant effort is spent on repetitive administrative work, small teams struggle to execute large programs, valuable ecosystem knowledge is repeatedly recreated from scratch, and sponsorship and stakeholder engagement remain highly manual and relationship-dependent.
- There is currently no unified platform that transforms an event idea into an executable program with integrated content generation, outreach, infrastructure, and ecosystem support.
Expected outcomes and success metrics
- Launch a professional innovation program in less than one day.
- Reduce repetitive organizer work across content, outreach, operations, and reporting.
- Give small teams the leverage to run larger innovation programs.
