Nestlé Vietnam is reinventing how it works with AI and welcomes outside perspectives beyond the use cases already listed. This open category invites AI solutions that can create value for any Nestlé Vietnam function, such as supply chain, sales, marketing, manufacturing, finance or HR, including cross-function ideas that connect several teams.

A clear business problem at Nestlé Vietnam, the team it helps, and the expected impact, measured by time saved, cost, revenue or quality. Proof that the solution works, such as a live product, existing clients or a past pilot. A pilot scope Nestlé can test.
