Connect skills, aspirations and openings to suggest a personal development path for each employee. Today: • Career development could be more personalized to each employee's current role, capabilities and career aspirations. Identifying relevant development actions may rely on case-by-case, manual discussions between Employees and Line Managers/ HRBP(s) (HR Business Partner(s)). At the same time, a wide range of development resources may be available across the organization, but employees and Line Managers want clearer ways to find and navigate all relevant options. As a result, available development resources could be leveraged more fully, making it harder to translate individual aspirations into clear and actionable development plans.

• Enable personalized career development by connecting employees' current roles, capabilities and career aspirations to potential career paths and tailored development actions based on 10-20-70 model. • Employees receive actionable recommendations on experiences, skills and development opportunities needed to progress toward their aspirations, while Line Managers are better equipped to facilitate meaningful career and development conversations.
