Problem statement
DNP Holding JSC and CMC supply plastic pipes, tiles, and auxiliary materials for large-scale construction projects nationwide.
Each construction project is approached and developed across multiple stages, including investment preparation, bidding, contractor selection, construction execution, and material supply.
We have approximately 100 project salespeople operating across provinces and cities nationwide. Due to the nature of the work:
- Salespeople travel frequently and spend limited time in the office.
- They require fast, simple tools that can be used effectively on mobile devices.
- When a salesperson identifies a potential project, they register to “lock” the project under a First Come First Serve principle.
This approach helps prevent duplication and overlap; however, it also creates several risks:
- Some salespeople register projects merely to reserve them without actively following up, resulting in wasted opportunities.
- Management has limited visibility into the actual progress and level of activity of each salesperson on each project.
- There is a lack of transparency and healthy internal competition, leading to situations where projects are registered but left unattended.
The Board of General Directors requires a digital and intelligent system to:
Monitor, evaluate, alert, and optimize the project pipeline and salesperson performance in real time.
Expected outcomes and success metrics
1. Project pipeline management by salesperson
- Systematize project stages from preparation to construction.
- Enable salespeople to easily register projects, with automatic locking and history tracking.
2. Monitoring and evaluation of actual salesperson activities
- Automatically record calls, meeting reports, and interactions with investors/contractors.
- Provide reminders and alerts when salespeople are inactive or holding projects without follow-up.
3. Identification of “high-risk projects” or “salespeople with low engagement”
AI analysis focuses on:
- Interaction frequency.
- Whether project stages are stalled.
- Prediction of project success or failure probability.
4. Creating transparent and healthy internal competition among salespeople
- Display KPIs such as sales rankings, project care speed, and weekly activity levels.
5. Providing simple, easy-to-use, mobile-friendly tools
- Fast data entry and automated reporting.
- Integration with Zalo, SMS, Google Maps, or existing ERP systems.
