FIN-1 — E2E forecast, P&L & scenario copilot.

Build forecasts from data, run what-if scenarios, explain drivers and share a P&L (profit and loss) forecast across teams. Today: • Today, significant effort in the E2E (end-to-end) forecast process goes into collecting assumptions, consolidating inputs and explaining the latest forecast. Scenario analysis and sensitivities often require additional manual work, making it harder to quickly assess risks, opportunities and alternative courses of action. As a result, forecasting can become more focused on reporting expected results than on foresight about what could happen and which actions to take. • PnL is widely used for cross functions, not only Finance. There should be a specific forecast for the market (because Global also has a project) and can be applicable to different teams.

• Forecasting would shift from reporting expected results to foresight on what could happen and which actions to take. Team focus could be more on identifying opportunities, understanding key business drivers, and testing alternative scenarios. Management could quickly assess the impact of different assumptions and actions, enabling faster, more proactive and better-informed decisions. • There should be an opportunity to create a cross-functional PnL forecast so that every team can benefit from.
