Problem statement

Turn all qualitative consumer research (FGDs, interviews, consumer feedback) into a reusable growth asset: ask a question and get consumer truth from studies already paid for, with fewer repeat studies. Already tested on 2 studies. Today: - Thousands of hours of consumer content sit idle after each study. - Consumer truth is often stuck in one team's slide deck.

Expected outcomes and success metrics

- Faster, evidence-based decisions – average time from business question to decision-ready insight. - Pilot acceptance (Nestlé canvas): business questions get a decision-ready, source-backed insight within hours. - Fewer repeat studies – the archive is checked before starting new research. - Instant debriefs instead of waiting for the agency deck. - Sharper hypotheses, big-picture patterns and smarter briefs for the next study.

Target users and impacted teams

- Marketers, Consumer & Market Insights (CMI) and Brand teams - CMS (Communication & Marketing Services) and Sales/CDT (Customer Development Team) - Every team that needs consumer truth on demand

Data availability and readiness

- Past and future qualitative studies: FGDs (Focus Group Discussions), interviews, consumer feedback - Recordings with English translation (quality inputs named by Nestlé) Note: Synthetic data could be potentially provided during the process, upon approval of the Nestlé team and in compliance with data law.

Integration, deployment and infrastructure

To be determined Note: Nestlé's current environment includes Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Copilot. Solutions that can work with this environment are welcome, and final integration and deployment requirements will be confirmed with the Nestlé team.
