Terms of Service

The service

BeyondPilot helps enterprises and AI providers find each other. It lists AI solutions, talent, use cases, events and programs, and lets you publish your own and apply to programs and challenges. Some features are labelled as previews and may change.

Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in secure.
• You are responsible for what happens in your account, and for the organization you act for.
• You must be at least 16 and able to enter into this agreement.

What you publish

You keep ownership of the content you publish or submit. You allow us to host, display and process it to run the platform, including showing listed content publicly and using it for search and matching. You confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate and lawful.

Review and listing

GenAI Fund reviews organizations, solutions, use cases and talent profiles before they are listed, and may decline, unlist or remove content that is inaccurate, misleading or breaks these terms. Approval does not mean endorsement.

Applications and proposals

When you apply to a program or send a proposal, its organizers and reviewers can read it. Program outcomes are decided by their organizers. Commercial terms, NDAs and any pilot are agreed directly between the parties; BeyondPilot is not a party to them.

AI features

AI-assisted search and matching help you find options faster. Their results may be incomplete or wrong. Check the sources shown and make your own decisions.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• publish false information or impersonate anyone;
• send spam or unsolicited commercial messages through the platform;
• scrape, copy or resell the directory, or access it by automated means outside the tools we provide;
• try to break, overload or bypass the platform's security;
• upload unlawful content or content you have no right to share.

Our platform

BeyondPilot, its software and design belong to us and our licensors. These terms do not give you any right to them beyond using the platform as offered.

Suspension and closing your account

You can stop using BeyondPilot and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided as is. We do not guarantee that a listing is accurate, that a match will lead to business, or that the service will always be available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will tell signed-in users about significant changes before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Questions: team@beyondpilot.ai.
