I’m building Nexauro, an AI contract intelligence platform for Malaysian SMEs. It reads government tenders and supplier contracts (PDF/Word/scanned), extracts key clauses (payment terms, penalties, liability, compliance, deadlines), assigns 0–100 risk scores with explanations, and auto‑generates compliance checklists and deadline alerts. The goal is to help SMEs avoid losing deals or incurring penalties due to missed or risky contract clauses.
