We also provide lots of company loyalty products as well as various employment management tools. Internally Kini has developing its own GenAI framework to both assist in its operations and also provider better customer experience. Internally Kini is using GenAI to work on report generation, customer support and capital deployment memo creation, however we are also adapting the GenAI to be able to provide customers with suggestions on how to better manage their fiances based on the transactions they have done over the last few months. Kini has trained its own Llama models with proprietary data ranging from customer , legal, sales and product data along with creating a RAG framework to efficiently ingest realtime transaction data from a MongoDB. This framework is how we achieve internal use of our own GenAI and also how we use it to provide customers with insights into their spending.
