Why it is worth it
What sets us apart: Enterprise Focus, Not API Pricing: We're not playing the API commoditization game. Instead, we focus on building fully customized AI pipelines that integrate tightly with a client’s creative and operational ecosystem — whether that’s LoRA-trained characters, 8K car imagery, or modular fashion automation. Custom Solution Engineering: Each of our solutions is co-developed with the client — no templates, no black-box endpoints. From segmentation logic to pose engines and asset management systems, we build ground-up infrastructure. Open-Source Powerhouse: While many rely on closed tools (OpenAI, Krea, Gemini), we work exclusively with open-weight and open-source models, fine-tuned for performance, control, and extensibility. R&D-Driven, Not Subscription-Driven: Our work is research-intensive, with long-cycle collaboration, prototyping, and system integration as our core strengths. We're building IP, not SaaS dashboards. In short, most alternatives offer “content convenience.” We offer infrastructure intelligence — tailored, production-ready, and built to scale.
- Enterprise headaches we kill
- Shoot drag Weeks lost to booking studios, talent, and retouch ping-pong. We spin market-ready visuals in hours, not calendar pages.
- SKU sprawl mutiple products, 40 markets—style drift everywhere.
- Cost bleed: photo crews, reshoots, and freelance editors burn 5-6× more than running GPUs at scale. We flip that equation.
- QC fatigue rejects off-brand frames before humans see them with AI Retouching solution
- Data security using closed source models and need for onramp solutions for privacy and protection of brand design

Best customer profile
- Who we’re built for
- 1 Global consumer brands (fashion, footwear, beauty, auto, CE)
- You push thousands of SKUs a year, run seasonal drops in forty-odd markets, and still lose weeks to photo shoots and retouching hell. You already own a tidy archive of reference shots and 3D or good images of the product, and you care more about a perfect hem line or panel gap than saving a nickel on API calls.
- 2 Enterprise e-commerce & DTC platforms
- Catalogs of lot of items, daily refresh cycles, and a merchandising team that’s always three campaigns behind. You need on-brand hero images, angles, and colour-ways yesterday, without renting another studio or chasing freelancers at 3 a.m.
- 3 Creative powerhouses & in-house content labs
- Think Fortune-500 agencies, OEM design studios, or high-volume retouch shops. You live or die by consistency character, environment, and product. You need LoRA-level control, 15-step QA gates, layered PSD hand-off in some cases, and GPU queues that don’t choke at 8 k.
- 4 Deep-tech players running full fine-tunes
- Teams who want to own the base weights, plug in proprietary data, or spin up brand-specific diffusion forks. You’ve budgeted real money for it and you’d rather partner than reinvent the wheel.
- Common threads
- Premium visual standards → zero tolerance for artifacts or “close enough.”
- Rich reference data → CADs, material scans, Studio images and style guides ready to feed the beast.
- Lean toward build-vs-buy → happy to outsource the pipeline, not the creative vision.
- Budget is measured against shoot costs, not SaaS pennies → ROI lands on day one.
Notable paying customers
- Worked with CBS for Pilot to create an automatic resizing system for CBS show posters/promos. Our initial test will consist of 41 formats. The system must be able to take in 9000 x 6000 Show Artwork scale move and resize it according to parameters in our figma file and correctly place logos and tune in information. Final output Layered PSDs + PNGs We did a test payed pilot for Adidas and presented our solution and in talk for a bigger collaboration Built a AI RETOUCHER pipeline
Over the past three months, 8M Studio has rapidly evolved from a specialized fashion AI experimentation unit to a focused enterprise-grade AI pipeline builder, working exclusively with open-source and open-weight models. CBS Paid PoC through Vantage Inc (Posturing + Resizing Engine): We delivered a fully automated poster and image resizing system for CBS, which successfully passed their initial evaluation phase. We’ve quoted a full production rollout that scales across multiple template with the proposal currently in budget negotiation. Adidas Pilot via Wiethe (Europe): Collaborated directly with the Head of AI at Wiethe, a major European post-production studio. We delivered a successful paid pilot, demonstrating the viability of AI-powered retouching as a scalable alternative to traditional workflows. Results have been internally presented at C-level, and we're now aligned on a follow-up project to be executed next month. Agency Collaboration – Automotive + Fashion: We're currently executing a dual-track pilot (automotive and fashion) with an agency that works with multiple global brands. The focus is on scaling up high-fidelity car renders (8K to 4K) and fashion imagery pipelines with GTM onboarding support in progress. Global Exposure Across 20+ Projects: From the US to Australia, we’ve executed 20+ AI solution engagements, refining our benchmarks, LoRA strategies, and retouch automation capabilities — laying the foundation for robust, modular pipelines that adapt across use cases. We’ve not only proved the value of AI-first creative pipelines, but done so with paid validation from major enterprise partners — and we’re just getting started.
