Daily management reports are updated manually, fragmented via email, Zalo, lacking synchronization and not in real-time, making it difficult for the Executive Board to make decisions based on instantaneous updated data (Revenue, Cost of Goods Sold, Gross Profit, Expenses). (Time required for manual daily report compilation needs to be quantified).

Build a data warehouse system aggregating data from Bravo + other platforms. Management Dashboard for revenue – inventory – expenses – profit. Deploy an AI chatbot for asking & answering data queries: "What was yesterday's revenue?", "Top 10 best-selling products?", "Inochi inventory by product group?". Automatically send daily reports via email/Zalo/BOS.

Data from Bravo and other platforms (Revenue, Cost of Goods Sold, Gross Profit, Expenses, Inventory) is needed to aggregate into the Data Warehouse. This data is structured (Database/API).

Requires building an aggregated Data Warehouse from Bravo and other platforms. Deploy a BI Dashboard package. Integrate an AI Chatbot for data querying (via API to the Data Warehouse). Requires an automated reporting system (via Email/Zalo/System).
