Nestlé Vietnam's marketing work must follow many global and local guidelines and laws. Checking early saves time and keeps launches on time. Today: • Artwork and labels go through multiple review rounds with Regulatory Affairs, Legal and Packaging for each project. • There are many articles of internal rules and state laws; checking whether an image or plan complies takes time. • An internal agent already answers whether an image or plan is allowed, why and under which law, and is currently available to a limited group of users. • Compliance checks would add more value earlier in the process, with less manual, fragmented effort. Nestlé wants work to arrive at Legal and Regulatory cleaner and faster, with an optional AI check built into existing approval workflows.

Solutions that can work with this environment are welcome, and final integration and deployment requirements will be confirmed with the Nestlé team.
