Problem statement
Bring media-planning data back to BU/CMS instead of the agency platform: AI shortens the time to find and reuse campaign learning, cuts revision rounds on media proposals and reduces agency dependency – for every new campaign.
Expected outcomes and success metrics
- Less time waiting for and consolidating agency reports.
- Faster in-flight optimisation and budget reallocation based on real-time data.
- Stronger, data-backed briefs.
- Full transparency on media performance vs. targets and last year.
- A growing, brand-owned media knowledge base.
Target users and impacted teams
- Brand teams planning and optimising media investment
- CMS (Communication & Marketing Services)
Data availability and readiness
- Media-planning and campaign performance data across all platforms (currently on the agency platform)
Note: Synthetic data could be potentially provided during the process, upon approval of the Nestlé team and in compliance with data law.
Integration, deployment and infrastructure
To be determined
Note: Nestlé's current environment includes Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Copilot. Solutions that can work with this environment are welcome, and final integration and deployment requirements will be confirmed with the Nestlé team.
