Problem statement
A copilot that synthesises insights across sources (U&A, concept/product tests, social listening, Nielsen, consumer feedback), surfaces recurring consumer tensions, unmet needs and growth opportunities, and generates business-ready recommendations for innovation, communication and renovation – with much less time retrieving data.
Today:
- Teams manually review reports and consolidate findings into business recommendations, for every research project and innovation cycle.
Expected outcomes and success metrics
- Less time retrieving data per research project.
- Faster insight generation.
- Stronger consumer-centric decision making.
- Improved utilisation of research investments.
Target users and impacted teams
- Food (MAGGI) brand and marketing teams
- Insight teams
