The solution requires access to Fault Managment (FM), Performance Management (PM), and CMDB data, along with service and node classification details. All data is already available within Zain KSA’s internal systems and stored in structured formats (databases, CSV exports, and APIs). No sensitive customer data is needed.

Integration will connect to existing OSS/ITSM and monitoring platforms through secure APIs. Deployment can be in a hybrid setup (Zain private cloud + secure sandbox for the GenAI model). The solution must adhere to Zain KSA’s cybersecurity and data governance policies, ensuring data remains within Saudi Arabia and operates under professional PoC control. Zain KSA does not provide direct funding for this use case. However, Zain KSA allows the Proof of Concept (PoC) to be executed within its production like network environment under professional governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
