Today: • Nutrition & Health communication must stay consistent across many touchpoints while respecting: approved product claims, internal communication principles/guidelines, advertising requirements, product registration information, and requirements that may differ by communication type/channel. Today, reviewing content needs significant manual cross-checking before materials are escalated to RA/Legal.

• Check claims, copy and visuals against N&H's approved claims, rate Green/Amber/Red before RA/Legal review. • Less manual cross-checking; cleaner, more consistent materials reach RA/Legal; fewer potential compliance issues before release. • AI pre-checks and explains with a Green/Amber/Red rating and suggests safer wording; RA/Legal keep the formal review and final approval. • The team sees it can scale to the whole company, not only N&H.
