Building AnukritiAI, a pharmacogenomics platform combining deterministic genomic reasoning with GenAI to simulate drug safety across diverse populations before clinical trials. We use LLMs for explainable risk narratives, clinical evidence synthesis, and population-aware insights while maintaining an auditable genomic decision engine. Validated on 5,700+ patient genomic profiles and currently expanding toward hybrid deterministic-predictive models for drug development and precision medicine.
