Why it is worth it

GSGALPHA positions itself differently: - We combine diagnostics, personalized learning paths, AI-generated but teacher-verified content, and 1:1 tutoring into a single platform specifically for K–9 Math. - Our AI layer is constrained by a Socratic engine that asks guiding questions, checks intermediate steps, and links mistakes back to concrete lesson cards, instead of simply revealing the full solution. We are proud to be one of the first AI Math learning tools in Vietnam that systematically applies the Socratic method as a core design principle, with the explicit goal of preventing AI overuse and preserving students’ ability to think, reason, and solve Math problems independently.

  • Problem solved – for students
  • Many K–9 students struggle with Math because they don’t know how to start a problem, rely on copying solutions from the internet, and rarely receive timely, step-by-step support outside the classroom. Small gaps accumulate, their confidence drops, and they start to think “I’m just bad at Math”. GSGALPHA gives each student a 24/7 AI Math tutor and a personalized learning path: diagnostic tests to detect gaps, structured lesson cards (concepts – examples – key points – tips), auto-generated practice with instant feedback, and a Socratic 1-on-1 AI chat that guides them through each step instead of simply giving the final answer. Students learn what they are missing, how to fix it, and how to think through problems independently.
  • Problem solved – for schools & education centers
  • Schools and education centers face large class sizes, limited teacher time for 1-on-1 support, and rising expectations from parents for better learning outcomes and more modern, AI-enhanced learning experiences. Teachers often lack detailed data on which specific topics each student is struggling with, making targeted remediation difficult. GSGALPHA acts as an AI “co-teacher” that scales: students study and practice on the platform outside class, while the system continuously measures performance by topic and difficulty. Aggregated dashboards help schools and centers see where students are stuck, design targeted interventions, and offer a differentiated, AI-powered service without having to build the technology themselves.
  • Problem solved – for parents
  • Many parents are worried that their children are overusing generic AI tools: students paste a problem into a chatbot, get a full solution, and stop thinking. This unchecked use of AI can quietly erode their ability to self-study, reason, and solve Math problems on their own. GSGALPHA is designed in the opposite way: it uses AI to protect and strengthen self-learning, not replace it. The AI tutor asks guiding questions instead of giving instant answers, encourages children to explain their reasoning, and gives feedback step by step. Combined with diagnostic tests, clear learning paths and progress reports, parents gain visibility into what their child is actually learning, can trust that AI is being used responsibly, and see concrete evidence of improvement rather than just “finished homework with AI”.

Best customer profile

  • Our best customer profile is K–9 schools and math-focused education centers in Vietnam that are willing to act as a distribution and trust channel to reach students, while parents remain the primary payers. These are typically private or semi-private schools and established tutoring centers in urban and peri-urban areas, serving 300–2,000 students, with strong communication channels to parents (Zalo groups, parent meetings, school fanpages).
  • The key decision-makers are school principals, academic directors, or center owners, who want to:
  • Offer more personalized, high-quality Math support to their students
  • Differentiate their school/center with an AI-enhanced learning experience
  • And do this without taking on extra tech development cost or heavy implementation burden.
  • Their main pain points are:
  • Limited teacher time for 1-on-1 support outside class;
  • Parents constantly asking “How can my child improve in Math?” but the school/center lacks a scalable, structured solution to recommend;
  • Difficulty providing data beyond test scores (e.g., which topics each student is weak in);
  • Concern that students are misusing generic AI tools (just copying full solutions, losing the ability to think and solve problems independently).
  • In this model, GSGALPHA is positioned as an optional, paid after-school support service that the school/center introduces to parents and students.
  • Parents pay for individual student access (yearly or lifetime packages)
  • The school/center supports communication and onboarding, and receives a revenue share per active student
  • Students benefit from diagnostic tests, personalized learning paths, structured lesson cards, and a Socratic 1:1 AI tutor that protects and strengthens their self-learning abilities.
  • This alignment of incentives—better support for students, added value and revenue share for schools/centers, and affordable targeted help for parents—makes these partner institutions our best-fit customers for scaling GSGALPHA.

Notable paying customers

  • We started commercial sales at the end of December 2025, so our current paying customers are primarily individual students and families who have purchased yearly and lifetime GSGALPHA access packages directly through our website. This early cohort of paying users is helping us validate pricing, engagement, and learning outcomes before scaling up. At the same time, we are actively rolling out partnership invitations to K–9 schools and education centers and have begun initial discussions and demo sessions with several private schools in Vietnam. Institutional contracts are in the pipeline, but have not yet been formally activated, as we are still in the early commercial stage of the product

Key milestones

Since launch, GSGALPHA has focused on building a robust, curriculum-aligned product and validating it with real students before scaling with schools: 1) Core product built and launched (11 – 12/2025): Completed the first full version of the GSGALPHA web platform as a Next.js PWA powered by Gemini, deployed on Cloudflare Workers with a Neon serverless database. Implemented the key flows: diagnostic tests, personalized learning paths by grade and topic, lesson cards (concepts – examples – key points – tips), AI-generated practice, and a 1:1 Socratic AI tutor. 2) Curriculum & content milestones: Mapped the Vietnamese K–9 Math curriculum into a structured knowledge graph and developed a growing library of lesson cards and exercises. Built an AI-assisted content pipeline where Gemini drafts tests, exercises, and key knowledge, and our professional educators review, correct, and classroom-test them before release. 3) Pilot usage and first paying users (12/2025): Ran early pilots with real K–9 students to refine UX, difficulty levels, and tutoring behavior. At the end of December 2025, started commercial sales and acquired our first paying individual customers (students/parents) purchasing yearly and lifetime access packages via the website, validating willingness to pay and engagement with the product. 4) School & education center outreach: Prepared a full product dossier, contracts, and partnership model (revenue-sharing per active student) and began actively inviting primary and lower secondary schools and education centers to partner. Conducted initial demos and discussions with several private schools; institutional contracts are now in the negotiation pipeline. 5) Technical & credibility achievements: Established a strong technical and academic foundation through the CEO’s background in Math education and AI research, including national and international Math awards, experience as a curriculum specialist, and multiple AI research publications. This expertise directly informs the product’s pedagogy and AI design and has helped GSGALPHA gain interest from innovation programs and competitions. To date, GSGALPHA is pre-seed and founder-funded, with early revenue from individual learners and a clear path toward school/center-based B2B2C partnerships in the next phase.
