Why it is worth it
Other competitors claim that they have Predictive Maintenance capabilities, but they only do a single-point basic alerts system without pattern recognition or trend consideration, which is not a holistic approach to identifying machine issues. Unlike these players, our solution is end-to-end; we provide the IoT sensors (enhancing stickiness to solution), derive holistic analysis and provide root cause analysis for machine issues, whereas most competitors only build on 1 part of the solution. Within the AI, there are also deeper branches including anomaly detection, pattern matching & root cause analysis which are developed with our in-house capabilities and unique to us. Continuous AI learning propels our data flywheel, enhancing model accuracy over time. In addition, we believe we have created the world’s most comprehensive machinery anomaly library. This is our proprietary way of using data from actual machines, and our method of using Generative Adversarial Networks (GAN) to generate data sets, allowing us to map data even to new machines that clients have never bought before.
