Document processing & trade compliance
What it looks like today
Delivery documents move on paper and spreadsheets before anyone can reconcile them. Import documents arrive in English and must be filed in Vietnamese, layout intact. HS codes are researched by hand, and import tax is checked by re-keying the same figures.
What good looks like
Delivery documents extracted and reconciled, translations that keep their layout, support for HS-code decisions and import-tax reconciliation. People handle the exceptions.
