Our platform uses data integration and communication tools to exchange information about operations and maintenance in real time between operators, engineers, managers, and databases. We have numerous plans about how GenAI will enhance our solution, and we look forward to learning more about GenAI's capabilities so we can learn how best to use such tools. Some ideas we have in our roadmap include: - Improving speech-to-text transcription for manufacturing and operations jargon using “temperature” features of generative AI. - Aid with manufacturing intelligence accumulation and transfer: categorization of operator comments into one of several discrete actions, using NLP, LLM, or other language models. - Recommendations provided to management for changes to future work instructions, based upon audio comment categorization. - Generation of added context to audio comments using generative AI. - Matching of audio content to user IDs using AI (applicable when multiple users share a headset in factories).
