Solutions1

  • Housing scarcity (backlogs), is caused by high friction of material circularity that is cemented on land. That is why there is an approximately 7m housing backlog in the Philippines, Indonesia, and Brazil, each with a mere average productivity of 150,000 new units annually. Sustainability as of now, is only merely about the stapling of carbon from material consumption. Regeneration, meanwhile, is about operative solutions to achieve abundance from what we have, thus bringing about the circularity of the value chain and considering flow as a performance velocity which can better serve all our needs, on demand. Homeqube is a proposal for regenerative housing using component ecosystems and AI systems engineering to rivatilize a dying ecoystem which fail to serve us. Thus, we are creating a "Modular Built Environment” using our AI-DAPPS to achieve housing security for select regions, a kind of P2P marketplace where component vendors can system integrate their products into societal built up / end user demands. Our structural components are also much more carbon friendly than its cementous counterparts, let alone additional carbon savings can be achieved from the reduction of project lifecyles, to at least half of the normative.
